I am using Wintariff with my TDA pbx.But I also need to capture & calculate the price of intercom calls.The problem is PBX cannot output the duration of ext to ext calls through RS232.
Can you help me with your Blitz software or another way?

Yes. In case Blitz TAPI SMDR you can receive time call ring and time call duration for intercom calls.
For example in text format:
FORMAT SMDR type C for KX-TDA
Date ____Time____ Ext CO Dial Number Ring Duration Cost Acc code CD
13/10/07 16:59___ 118___ EXT117
FORMAT Blitz TAPI SMDR
Date ____Time____ Ext CO Dial Number Ring Duration Cost Acc code CD
13/10/07 17:00'08_ 118___ EXT117___ 0'04 00:00'03
There is the same for Wintariff DB format. |
