Description

Blitz TAPI SMDR and Blitz TAPI SMDR PRO — computer telephony software 3-d party meant for forming and writing SMDR messages in the database at TAPI-interface for PBX Panasonic KX-TD816, Panasonic KX-TD1232, Panasonic KX-TD500, Panasonic KX-TDA15, Panasonic KX-TDA30, Panasonic KX-TDA50, Panasonic KX-TDA100, Panasonic KX-TDA200, Panasonic KX-TDA600, Panasonic KX-TDE100, Panasonic KX-TDE200.

It is need when TAPI-interface is initialized for using others CTI applications 3-d party on COM port of PBX Panasonic KX-TD 1232/812 or SMDR port of PBX Panasonic KX-TD 500.

This program is actual for PABX Panasonic KX-TDA, if you want to receive SMDR messages from USB port of MPR card or from IP address of CTI-LINK card on TAPI-interface.

This program is actual for PABX Panasonic KX-TDE, if you want to receive SMDR messages from IP address of of MPR card on TAPI-interface.

CTI application also meant for extension of self-descriptiveness of SMDR messages of PBX Panasonic KX-TD, KX-TDA and KX-TDE. For example: the beginning of calls include seconds, forming the SMDR string on call from EXT number to EXT number, echoing the time of RING, forming the line of not answered incoming, outgoing and intercom calls, paging calls, display all dialed EXT digits after connection with outside subscriber, for example, if DISA or voice mail or other voice processor (for example IP operator) answered, Blitz TAPI SMDR will give out all information that internal subscriber dialed etc.

You can point out the format of Database calls in Database settings, where the information about Call Accounting Software WinTariff 1.7x, WinTariff 2.x, Text file or File CSV (Excel) will be logged. Also in version Blitz TAPI SMDR Pro the opportunity to work with DB MS Access, Firebird, MySQL and MS-SQL was added.

In addition Blitz TAPI SMDR PRO has interface which allows to programs of tariffing of foreign manufacturers to change COS and name of EXT line. For example: the interface of interaction with program of tariffing Wintariff 2.06.15 on automatic change COS of EXT hotel's telephone number at settle the lodger, at excess of set limit of telephone calls and at eviction the lodger and listing him the account for use of phone is realized.

Differences between Blitz TAPI SMDR and Blitz TAPI SMDR PRO:

There are two variants of using this program. One is without LAN, another is for LAN.

For installation on one computer it is necessary:

• OS Windows not older then 98 SE must be installed on computer;
• For Panasonic KXTD PBX - COM port of computer of the user must be connected to the PBX RS-232 by cable with standard soldering for Panasonic KX-TD. For KX-TDA PABX USB port of computer of the user must be connected to the PBX USB port by the USB cable;
• TSP driver Panasonic KXTD or KXTDA must be installed on computer (for KX-TDA system install the USB driver before TSP KX-TDA driver installation).

In first variant the computer of the user under OS Windows 98SE/ME/2000Pro/XP is directly connected to PBX Panasonic KX-TD / KX-TDA and TAPI-interface is set between this computer and PBX. Then the CTI application is established on this computer.

For installation on the computer in a local network it is necessary:

• OS Windows not older then 98 SE should be on computer;
• For KX-TD PBX COM port of computer of the user must be connected to the PBX COM port by the RS-232 cord with standard soldering, for KX-TDA PBX USB port of computer of the user must be connected to the PBX USB port by the USB cable;
• TSP driver Panasonic KX-TD or KX-TDA must be installed on computer (for KX-TDA system install the USB driver before TSP KX-TD driver installation).
• Service Provider must be set in section "Telephone" and service with the same name must be started on the TAPI-service computer on the basis of TSP driver's parameters and COM port's settings for KX-TD, KX-TDA USB;
• TAPI-client must be started on the computer of the user with name of TAPI server.

In second variant computer under OS Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server is directly connected to the PBX Panasonic KX-TD, KX-TDA, TAPI-interface is set between the computer and PBX and on the basis of it TAPI Server is set. Remote TAPI-client is setted on user computer with pointing out name or IP-address of the TAPI Server. Then the CTI application is established on computer of the user.

Restrictions for PBX KX-TD/KX-TDA:

• In case of using double PBX Panasonic KX TD 1232 ports of internal telephones only Master block can be controlled;
• Internal ISDN BRI and DECT ports for Panasonic PBX KX-TD are not controlled;
• Voice Mail ports are not controlled;
• Virtual internal numbers FND, Modem, DISA, EXT Group etc. are not controlled.

• The version software of the PBX must be:
  • KX-TD816 — not less 5 ver. (it is desirable 6 ver.)
  • KX-TD1232 — not less 5 ver. (it is desirable 6. ver.)
  • KX-TD500 — not less 2.3 (it is desirable 2.6)
  • KX-TDA anyone (it is desirable 2.0)
• To determine number of calling subscriber at incoming phone call the PABX must be connect to Network by means of ISDN* line with given by the operator CLIP of calling, E1/T1* with ANI service for incoming call given by the operator, analog lines with service of Caller ID given by the operator* (to recognize Caller ID signals Panasonic PBX KX-TD /KX-TDA should be completed with the appropriate plate, and Panasonic KX TD 1232 PBX also should be completed with the special version of the software*).
