CallerID and Extension Number needed

Hi,

We are planning to go in for a Panasonic PABX that has one PRI and 24 analog lines. We have a rather unusual requirement and here it is in brief.


When a caller calls the call lands in PABX and goes to an extenstion number, say 213, and starts ringing on the phone attached on this line.

At this point in time on a server directly connected to the Panasonic PABX, on a realtime basis we need the extension number and the incoming caller ID in a text file(For example : 213, 9840412345).

Which product of yours should we go in for so that we could get the info from the Panasonic PBX?

Look the mechanism of notification about incoming outside calls in Blitz KX-TD TAPI Server. There is file of event about incoming calls section.
The produced file will be empty but it name will contain necessary information.
