Hi there, I'm trialling the CTI SMDR Pro. I've found that if you send the call data to SQL Server, the extension numbers on group rings comes up as one number rather than each individual extension number within the group.
This means that you do not get proper CallMode or duration data.
It does work fine with Access though.
Do you know when this will be fixed?
